Really good Service and Luxurious Amenities
The staff were pretty good. Ricardo Silva decorated our room beautifully and arranged a cake. I found the luxurious bathroom and silent room really great. The in-room breakfast was good, and the spa facilities were very nice. I appreciate the personalised service there.
I had some luggages when checking out but no one offered help. I had to take it to the door myself. I find this a real inconvenience.

The hotel is easily reachable from the airport via the tube. A tube stop is located right outside the entrance. This location is perfect for sightseeing and exploring many restaurants and bars.

Staff members warmly greeted me each time I stepped into the lobby. Ricardo, Hiu, and Mustafa offered excellent service. The staff were great too. Dinner and show recommendations were flawless.

The room was luxurious and spacious. The suite easily accommodated everyone. The hotel provided the remaining food to my room in a beautifully displayed way. I found the room design modern.

The spa was perfect. There is also a huge indoor pool and a gym. The facilities are a perfect place to relax after a busy day. I enjoyed my time.

the front desk was nice and accommodating i appreciate that my wife uses a wheelchair and staff cared for her well. the location is pretty good
the room was acceptable in size but it had one small window. it offered very little natural light i found this disappointing

The hotel gym featured enough equipment. The pool looked clean. The location near Bond Street suited my needs. I also liked the superb in-room dining.
My room had a tiny window. The room therefore felt dark. I also had a lot of luggage upon check-out. No one offered help with the luggage.
